As a brand, Betalingsservice has been the goto for automatic bill payments "forever". Add a payment and you're done!

However, in the wake of rising Fintech competition, it was decided to target a campaign at new, young customers to keep momentum – and rebuild the app to meet the expectations of a handheld generation.

Through client workshops and best practise research, pain points were identified and requirements made for the app and campaign activities – and the Betalingsservice brand received a new brand guide for appearance across the digital landscape.
